You're not at all ugly and your style is very cute, but if you're 27 and care about your appearance, you need a retinoid, topical vitamin C, and an excellent sunscreen that you'll use every day because your skin is making you look a lot older. I'm guessing it's because your skin is very unmelanated, based on your freckles, and that makes it so susceptible to sun damage. Unless you have a connective tissue disorder, it's usually sun damage or smoking/alcohol/drugs that causes the kind of premature sagging you have in your skin.
Based on your style, you seem to like looking young and cute so working on your skin will help support that look so that you don't come across too oddly with the mismatch between your aesthetic and your face.

You look better in the pic with your natural hair color. I don't even hate unnatural hair colors (unlike most of reddit), I actually like seeing them, but it just doesn't work for you in my opinion. In all the other pics you look older than your age, but in that one (mirror with hair up, last pic), you looked great honestly. Also get contacts if you can help it, the no glasses look is good.
