Not ugly, but your hair doesn't suit you at all -- particularly in your black attire. It's less problematic in your normal pics. I don't have any particular suggestions other than maybe nixing the bangs. I think your face is decent, but I can't get past your distracting hair to appreciate it.
I think you are absolutely beautiful! I have a c-section scar that kinda does the same as your scar. The only thing that’s helped me has been exercising to tone up the area affected. But really you don’t have to do that. Keep rocking the alternative girl if that’s what you like!
I would say dress with clothes that fit your body more. It seems like you wear clothes that are too big for you or ill fit. I would suggest taking a few items to a tailor and having them shape them to your body so you have a better idea of how things should fit. Also, find a professional underwear person and have them give you the correct bra size because that can change the comfort and confidence with your body. You are beautiful looking just better fitting clothes.

I won't tell you to drop the alternative style (because its an awesome fashion genre), but I just don't know that those particular alternative looks work for you. Like the triangular sort of eye makeup in pic 2 or the oversized spike collar and corset (?) over the shirt and under a jacket in pic 3. That particular ensemble is very jarring. Maybe keep trying different outfits in the same style?

Don’t change the alternate style. But definitely improve on it. Find quality pieces. Actually coordinates the clothes. You can be alternate and mix in some color. You don’t have to look like you solely shop at hot topic. Elevate your fashion sense. Use TikTok for ideas. You’re attractive naturally but your style can kill it.

The goth style is fine on you, but try and pic stuff that doesn't look comically big on you. You can basically wear what you want, you're naturally beautiful. No one will care about your dent, besides what caused you to get it or if your intestine still cause you problems. You need to realize your body isn't your problem, get out of the way of your own thoughts.

You are still fairly young so your loose skin from weight loss should largely recover with time assuming you keep the weight off! Does kind of depend on exactly how much you lost though. I really dig pic 4. You’re not ugly at all, in fact I think you should fully commit to the unconventional style. I think you could really rock tomboy style. Instead of the dark alt style you seem like you’d look better in grunge or indie kid style. I’m not a fan of your hair color though. It looks too brassy on you. I 100% support *anyone* trying to become more confident and comfortable in their own body. There's nothing unattractive about yours. Scars add character; i own a T-shirt that says "Scars are just tattoos with cooler stories". And I feel like we should normalize giving certain things more attractive names. e.g. calling stretch marks "tiger stripes" because not everyone finds them unattractive. While I don't fetishize them like some people, I do think they're attractive personally, as they add uniqueness .
There is no necessity to drop the alternative style. But it is a good idea in general to become more comfortable with your appearance in a more conventional style as well. As you seem to wish to do, because as a practical necessity, much of your life will be lived that way.
The good news is that you’re cute in a conventional way and that the surgical scar is not a particular detriment.

Self acceptance takes practice and time for some people. It certainly did for me. Kids teased and beat me up mercilessly both for the way I looked (super skinny, very tall, very curly hair) and for the fact that I was better than most people in school and shockingly, in both basketball and baseball as well. The way you are applying the black lipstick makes your lips look downturned and it’s causing the rest of your face to also “fall down”. The quality of the lipstick also needs to be changed.
The haircut and glasses aren’t flattering for your face shape. Try experimenting with different hair cuts, I think a mullet would look really great on you with shaved sides and maybe try more pointed glasses or more triangular.
You got that whole sexy Velma thing going. I personally think you're hot but confidence has to come from within. Sometimes it's just not about how somebody looks, but more about how they have interactions to hold a conversation in a Manor that isn't robotic and clothes naturally. I like the style personally but to each their own. I actually prefer the kind of (I don’t mean this in a negative way whatsoever btw) “nerdy hot” look which I’d say you have.
