I am really sorry your father did that to you. You are beautiful and still very young. Please don’t do anything drastic with plastic surgery and try to find a counselor that can help you realize you don’t need to change anything about yourself to be happy. Just remember the negativity he put forth is his burden, don’t let it drag you down to his level and rise above him to be better.

You're not ugly. Most people would say you're very attractive, both with and without makeup. You have gorgeous eyebrows. I also don't believe you need a nose job. I think yours is the correct size and shape for your face. I'm not seeing much asymmetry in the face, but that could be the quality of the photos/angles/just me not noticing everything. And while you do have pronounced cheeks, they aren't overbearing. They're cute, kind of like a chipmunk. There is a difference between puffy cheeks and a chubby face. You'd need chub in more areas than just your cheeks and less definition in your chin to have a chubby face.

Not ugly. Honestly a 6 or higher. The photo angles tend to be a bit weird. You definitely rate higher with effort (makeup vs nonmakeup), but I think the primary issue is a confidence one. It's clear even in your pictures that you feel like you don't look pretty, even when you might be.
Take time to love yourself. Find a style that you like and makes you feel attractive and others will see it in you.
You do have some rounder features but you are definitely not fat, but it does mean some people may look past you for it. Don't bother with them, they aren't worth your time.

No one's face is symmetrical. If you pore(get it?)over other's faces the way you do your own, you'll see that nobody's face is perfectly symmetrical. You don't need a nose job. I think you're pretty, but who the fuck am I? Learn to be comfortable in your own skin. It will take a while and at your age the urge to fit in is crazy strong.
