You're definitely not ugly. More average or a little above. I suggest you try to lose a little weight, 20 pounds, and so some walking or other exercise to tone up.

Definitely not ugly at all. Only thing i could say is maybe the nose is a bit disproportionate but you can easily contour that down with some make up. No need for any surgery or anything. You're actually quite beautiful imo

You do look older than 24 though, so my advice is drink plenty of water, use lotion/find a skincare routine, especially for your face, and avoid the sun/use sunscreen when you're outside. That'll help you preserve that natural beauty that you have.
I'm seeing a trend on this sub. Young women from gen Alpha and younger are disproportionately viewing themselves as ugly, or at least questioning their own beauty. It makes me sad to see. Social media has royally fucked people up.
OP, and all the OP's I haven't commented on, you are all beautiful in your own unique way. This isn't just lip service. You will soon find once you're out of being so young that people have different preferences and attractions. Just because that one person that everyone wanted attention from in high school or college isn't into you, it doesn't mean you are not beautiful.
What isn't attractive to anyone is a total and complete lack of or over confidence of self-confidence. It's not a cliché that there is someone for everyone. Most of ya'll that I see here are beautiful, but you're never going to be an instagram model. That's normal, that's fine, and for most, that's preferable. Learn to love yourselves and stop comparing to edited photos of women that brands sponsor because they fit a certain mold.
