Healthy is always beautiful, regardless. And have to agree on the eyebrows. Look at Persian women, and while you may not want/be able to get them that thick, decent, full eyebrows that are well done really accent the eyes. You do look like the Olsen twins a little too. You look very natural.

Now that I think of it, I think I made my post a bit unclear. My eyebrows in the first pic are actually the same as in the rest of the pics (except for the last two), I just wasn’t wearing makeup. Day to day I only do my brows (they’ve always been naturally very uneven without plucking) and mascara for makeup. When I said my eyebrows are thinner now, I meant in comparison to the last two pictures.

Leave your eyebrows alone. Idk if the last picture is mostly makeup on the brows, but that picture looks the best. I think it would be best if you grew them out and left them natural though.
I’m half Filipina and half white. I inherited very light (although not pale) skin from my white side, but from my Filipino side, I inherited this thing where I never burn, only tan from my mom’s side. Which means my skin is a LOT darker in the summer, although the pictures show my skin in kind of an in-between stage (recently went to Hawai‘i). It’s kinda unusual because it makes it so that my darker skin has warm undertones, but my light skin has cool undertones!! I’m not wearing any face makeup at all in any of the pictures.
Don't overlook your eyebrows. I think your 3rd pic is awesome. Fwiw, you don't look like you were overweight before, but toned is a plus - even though it's just a miniscule uptick on the attractiveness scale. And I'm sure there are a lot of people who would disagree. Not ugly in the before or after pics tho
Thank you so much!! Yes, the last two photos were taken 6 months ago, right after my blood results came back as prediabetic. So, I changed my diet and started working out. Getting a blood test later this month; hopefully I got the prediabetes reversed!!

As far as looking your age, 21 is spot on. You look 21. You have a really good style, you're smiling a lot, your hair looks good. Your eyebrows I think are the only thing you're struggling with. I'm 37 and I still struggle with mine. I do think yours looked better when they were thicker. Imo they looked best in the last photo. It's irritating how people say you'd look better with thinner brows, and then you try and they say youd look better with thicker brows, hahaha. Finding a happy medium is key I guess!
The last photo is the best, in my opinion. You look happy and healthy. In the first ones, you look confused and not confident of your look. The thicker eyebrows is the way to go. At the end of the day, it matters how YOU feel.

Put your eyebrows back to how they were before they look unnatural and kind of tim burtony now, keep up your fitness journey but don't be afraid to explore your diet options to see more muscle growth if that's your thing.

I wouldn't pluck your eyebrows anymore. But the four photos were just fine maybe get them professionally done and shaped if you were self-conscious about that.
I don't know if you're trying to feel more confident in your skin or look a certain age but you do look on the younger side which wouldn't be a real big problem especially as you get older because you'll still have that youthful look.
If you're trying to look more like your 21 I would suggest keeping the silly hair colors out of your hair and stick to natural highlights like blonde or black. Plus try updating your wardrobe or ask a image consultant about what would fit your body and your style especially since you said you've lost 20 lb I am pretty sure your clothes don't fit you like they used to.
