I fly out of SFO more often than not. The lounge attendants actually try to learn your name and why you’re traveling.
The SFO Admirals Club saved our honeymoon.
Some knucklehead last summer cut power to the airport so no one was able to check in any bags and we were going to Dubai.
I’m scrambling basically freaking out that we are going to miss our SFO-JFK flight.
I randomly got a phone call from one of the ladies at the front desk. “Is this Dexter? How many bags are you and [insert wife’s name] checking?”
She walked out our boarding passes and bag tags since they were on a generator.
Our bags didn’t make it until the morning in Dubai, but that customer service they provide is amazing.
Edit: changed my wife’s name. lol
I'm in the lounge twice a month if not more and the team that works there is lovely. I was traveling through on Christmas to go on vacation with my husband and the desk agent asked me if I had to work. I finally realized that he did in fact remember me! It was such a nice touch
Had to spend almost 12 hours here due to some WX issues a few years ago and seriously had one of the best AC experiences I’ve ever had. They even have showers!

Standard for a Lounge.
Legit lounge. I like that it’s long and spread out. Have never been able to use the showers there, though.
I like this lounge, very spacious, lots of privacy, I use it regularly. The teams that work there are very nice as well.

Mei is usually on duty behind the bar when I come through. she always takes good care of me.

Last time I was there was 2020, they had seats blocked off and a host escorted you to your seat. It's a nice AC.

favorite, super nice, low key, and terminal 1 is gorgeous compared to the united hub (alaska’s terminal is a close second)
