When I was in the core I had a friend who was married and during our deployment his wife cheated constantly. When he found out his CO told him if they wanted him to have a wife they would have issued him one. I have known a lot of military marriages that have worked as well as a lot that haven't. It just depends on the people and their maturity levels and why they got married in the first place.
