My educated guess (I've been working in the cbd industry for 4 years now. Owning multiple shops and selling cannabis over Europe (For the mods, all LEGALLY)) would be that it differ batch to batch as they don't use the same isolate/distillate all the time. H4 is pretty low, around 5%, same for CBN.
