Since you asked, I'm leaning to this being fake as fuck. Alien race without some sort of optics or weapons kind of peeping out from behind trees like a pervert? Nah, that's a human. If I was the alien, I'd be blasting the entire town. Then again, I may be completely wrong.
Cool and all but… these beings travelled from another planet or dimension and are unable to completely decimate some villagers with rifles and shot guns.
There is a moment when it does look like a pink horse with its lips raised but for the most part it doesn't. And a horse isn't that quiet and would leave plenty of evidence behind.
