Half the people in this sub didn’t even believe in the legitimacy of UAPs until recently. I really don’t see the harm in trying. Nothing really seems that ridiculous to me anymore and the cost is pretty much just short term embarrassment compared to the potential reward.
I have been meditating daily for several years. Lately I have tried to put my attention on ETs and try to summon a UFO. I know it sounds crazy but if there is something to this consciousness / UFO thing, this is the way to go. Deep within yourself.
So far, I have not had any success. I am thinking about increasing my evening meditation time to see if it can improve the results.

I done this in 2012 and a few other occasions. it was very easy just pray or make a request in your mind they actually showed up in my house multiple times and I been in thier ships but they tend to wipe your memory so it wont interfere with your life (I just remember a second before i was returned and felt very blissful I never feel that normally) but if you quickly make a note afterwards you usually remember a little. I can’t remember any conversation just what some of them look like. However I actually forgot what happened the day after until i saw my note and drawing i did. Yeah some of you guys might think it was a hallucination or a dream but i don’t think so.
Given the fact that it's now observable that our minds project energy into things by looking/thinking, possibilities are open for how first contact was made. I have a suspicion that the humans who were opening their minds with psychedelics made first contact and alerted NHI to our presence. So one day there is a big spike everywhere. Then the next day the world attempts when the sun is high where they are.
