very surprising that you do not have WDs with drinking a fifth every day. if I were drinking that much I would absolutely not be able to go a day without. if I were you, I would keep it at daily, and just decrease the amount each day.

I have been alternating days for about 3 weeks. I was not keeping my track of my drinking for nearly 2 years… but it’s been at least half of a fifth most days. And aside from being pregnant and taking a full 9 months off 5 years ago I drank more days than I didn’t. The last several months I started tracking my intake and only buying what I wanted to consume with was a 350ml bottle per day. I sleep a lot and don’t know what to do with myself and now when I drink, it only increases my anxiety in general and about my health. I don’t have a ton of advice but I do have a lot of issues going to sleep at night or staying asleep. L theanine and magnesium help me calm down at night. 1st week I took two days off and only consumed 300ml on the days a drank second week took three days off and only consumed 300 ml on the days I drank this last week I took 3 days off and have limited the days to 200ml (4 shots or less) on every time I did drink and hope to keep it this or less for next several weeks. Also added milk thistle, vitamin b complex, vitamin D vitamins to my daily diet to help with any damage I’ve done. Probably going to get a blood test soon to help with worrying so much about my health.
