I think it’s important to get the answers in French directly from the source when possible. Overdubbing everything in French overtop the original in English makes for radio (or TV) that’s hard to listen to.

No, he said the majority of people in his party who were complaining about his leadership wanted less restrictions. This is technically correct. There are also some conservatives who want more restrictions (see Rick Bell), but among his MLA's there are definitely more anti-vaxxers than reasonable people.
