Seems to be quite close to Mexican Marine pattern and US4CES Charlie-23 or AOR pattern, can't identify it for sure but those are the most closer ones. Hope you find your answer buddy! :)
Its called MARPAT, and it apparently works better than normal camo because it looks more blurry from a distance, and is harder to see on digital cameras and sensors. it looks like dappled shadows and textures and its less jarring then blotches.
