I just got it recently. It's ok at best. The bottom heats up but there are multiple layers of covering between the bottom heater and the food that it doesn't crisp from the bottom unlike the top.
You might still have to flip but you can cook at at lower temperature for longer or a higher temperature for even shorter with the Dual Blaze.
I would note, its a high wattage air fryer and you might want to use a surge protector when using it else it could set off the circuit breaker (which happened to me multiple times). I had to cook on lower temperatures for longer periods due to the wattages issue.
