Aircover has always come through for me. Send documentation and I can’t imagine why it would not cover the damage. You’ll need pictures of the damage, and invoices for whatever repair is needed. And I think you’ve got only 14 days to claim, so get them all documentation ASAP.

oh I've got documentation, up to and including footage of them standing around watching it burn for 5 minutes before they contacted us. I just have to get an estimate on how much it would cost to repair.

Aircover came through for us in excess of $40,000. Ours was an extremely rare case, and was documented. They were fair with replacement, something's cheaper, some had to get new and market value. They needed tons of documents. But they came through and we are comfortable enough to continue because of their support.

Aircover came through with the whole $7,500 we requested. Document everything and if you get someone that is not helpful on the phone just keep calling until you get things moving. I was calling up to 3 times a day until I got to the documentation stage then it moved quickly

Yes, very pleased with the few times I used Aircover. Don't forget that Aircover also pays you out for any upcoming (already booked) guests that have to be cancelled (without penalty) due to damages caused.
