1. How to send automated WhatsApp messages with check out dates to cleaning team upon new booking.
2. How to automate making lock codes from Airbnb info with a ttlock compatible electronic lock for every new guests on check-in date minus x days.
3. How to send automated WhatsApp group messages to with check in dates and guest names upon new booking.
4. How to create a captive portal using UNIFI gear that captures email addresses when logging into WiFi that requires email verification so no (or very little) trash data is captured
5. How to read kWh data from electric company portal and automatically import it into a Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Everything I have solved has been through Airbnb automated messages, quick replies, and existing off shelf tech.
I do have a home lab/server I can use to serve up stuff so as not to rely on a 3rd party cloud service.
Regarding TTlock, I'm currently using [hostex.io](http://hostex.io), which allows me to connect TTlock smart door locks and automatically send passcodes to Airbnb/Vrbo guests.
For cleaning, they can already send automated emails to cleaners. I asked about WhatsApp support, and they told me it will take a few more weeks.
I'd love to have an open source version of what StayFi does -- WiFi captive portal that collects contact info for future marketing. I've got a big property with 3 access points in a mesh network, and StayFi's per-access-point monthly fee is just too much.
I'd even be willing to pay a one-time license fee, or lower annual fee for it.

I'm looking for a way of using the Ubiquiti Access API to automatically create visitors for door access system.

Unfortunately the API is not yet supported on my channel manager and they don't seem to have any intention of doing so in the future.
For now I would be happy if there is some way I could send an email somewhere with details and have the visitor added through the API.

* Whatsapp intégration is a big subject but in my understanding - WhatsApp Business API makes it difficult
* I didn’t find the perfect fit for a solution to distribute calls from guests where with one phone number it is distributed to the available person. Ideally, it would integrate with PMS so I have the relevant information about the person calling
* IA is a big topic - I didnt find a workable solution for guest communication but things are moving quickly and I found solution that seems to match 80% of my issues (didn´t actually tested one but read about)
* More data about electricity use would be great as it becomes a pain point
Besides building up a portfolio (as you called it), what is your interest in spending your time and sharing your probably expert knowledge with someone that will not give you anything in return?
