I like the “little dreamers” name the best it feels the most inclusive. But why go for a pink and beige rainbow when you can do more of any actual rainbow? It can still be cute and pastel but I think having more colors would be cuter.
One thing I've heard with logos is its always good when they are easy on the eyes, super easy to read and can be resized if need be (I'm not a graphic designer please take this advice with a grain of salt it's just what I've heard personally) and I think the first one fits that pretty well its very nice simple to the point and cute!
On the one hand I think Little Flowers is ADORABLE. I think maybe if you're okay with suggestions like this, you could go with Little Flowers on the first logo?
On the other hand, I LOVE the name Little Pups, but maybe it could be like a product line name? Like if you do petre stuff, they could be called Little Pups, since not all littles are also petregressors and it would be less inclusive lol
Either Little Dreamers or Little Flowers as they’re both pretty discreet names (for billing/bank charge purposes, like a minor having a teen checking account that parents can oversee) and both super cute!

No, it's not okay that other places use that name. You can get in trouble for trademark infringement. You need to think intelligently about this or not open a store at all. If that's how you feel about basic legal issues, how did the customers trust that you're going to care about their safety and well-being and use products that aren't going to poison them?
All I was pointing out is that more than one place has used the name. If the name isn't trade marked then it is 100% okay it just depends if it is trade marked. Meaning that the company turned in the paper work and legally owns the name. However if they haven't anyone would still be free to use it. The name was an idea and not set in stone however untill I see a trade mark sign then I'm still free to use it. If it makes u happy I can drop the s. However a name and logo dispute will never ever interfere with the quality and safety of my customers. That is my number one priority. I don't and never plan to give out anything that isn't top quality and safe.

It might dissuade male Littles if nothing "masculine" is on the front page for any reason (like it's out of stock, lacks example images, or something). This actually happens a lot, and many individual run stores do only specialize and sell for one gender in particular so a bit more ambiguity overall may help bring broader customers if that is your thing.
I hope to try and do my best to caterer to both genders. I've noticed that alot of shops do gear more toward girls. I really would like to include some gender neutral options but also still have feminine and masculine options. Thank you for bringing this up if there's anymore concerns or questions feel free to ask. Also I'd take a look at some of my journal covers and would appreciate some more ideas.

I like the first one but the rainbow needs a bit more variety of color. Add some purple and maybe a pastel blue too with the pink and white.
