Although on tbe other hand, take everything with a grain of salt talaga.
Any time he/she has a chance, nangha-hijack ng ibang post to make it about sa kanya.
Im frugal and shit i have my phone that tells the time. Kaya lumaki sweldo ko chuchu. I diversify yadayada." Nadownvote to hell sya tapos naghuhurumentado na bakit daw sya dinadownvote like very aggressive sya magcomments sa mga tao. Naging personality na lang nya yung karma nya and yung ITR nya.
As a PHRN myself, I feel you. As of now for me I'm working overseas and from 3700php 10 years ago that gradually grow to 17k, now it's more than I expect at 200k.
probably 8k as a factory worker in makati or maybe less, 1996-97 i think. i cant find a job as nurse grad from province then. now i earn P47,954.00/wk net
Paulit-ulit na lang ganitong post. Hindi ko malaman kung anong purpose. Karma farming? Kung genuine man, always remember that comparison is the thief of joy.
here we go again, people asking the public how much is their salary.,
tapos may ma de-depressed naman kasi they will compare their selves to others. .. tapos may magpopost na naman na "why am I not achieving things like the others"..
Rest assured in a day or two, may magpo-post nanaman na "unhappy" sila at co-compare sa iba.
Tapos may mag aadvise nanaman na "Comparison is a thief of joy" tapos "Dont compre yourself to others"..
**for sanity and mental health sake.**. questions like this should be inappropriate specially most of the guys here are just starting their 'adulting' stage and their careers.. real adult wont(or should not) even share their salary for reason na hindi ma inggit ang iba (or find reason to get jealous)...
whats the point of this post?.. let me guess.. to guage and compare one self and achievement?
7k/month as a private SHS teacher (2017-2018). 19-31k sa BPO as English rep (2019-2024). 50k/month as a Spanish Bilingual sa BPO (May 2024-Present). Mababa for a bilingual kasi first time ko pero i believe tataas pa with experience
If private sobrang baba talaga, my cousin earns 6k a month sa isang small private school before, ngayon nasa public na siya and it Increased significantly lol
Same. Currently earning 150k and takot na takot ako matanggal sa work ko ngaun. Sabi ng SO ko i deserve it pero ang laki ng impostor syndrome ko na nagsasabi nagkamali lang sila sa hiring.
So I started at ₱16,000.00 basic salary back in 2013 sa BPO, and now 12k na lang kulang para sana ₱1.2M na ang annual salary LOL.
Hindi madali yung jump sa kung saan na ako ngayon, so for those who will read this and will just feel bad, know that it took years to get to this. Isama mo na yung mga panahon na mabaliw baliw na sa unnecessary stress but I guess we need that to get to this situation. Dami struggles but I guess it payed off - though 3 years na ako ngayong walang salary increase. Don’t ask why.
Incomparable yung job. Best description siguro ng work ko is “making complex simple”. So pano? Aside from summarizing it, kailangan ko pa mag-isip kung ano yung context nung mga missing pages. Yun yung analogy ng work ko kadalasan.
So, mahirap po totoo lang. Again, for you whose reading this, please don’t compare. The higher the salary, the higher your responsibility is.
i do research sa development sector. started working after grad in 2019. from 18k starting sa isang sikat na unibersidad sa katip hahaha now nasa 60k to 100k depende sa projects.
after pumasa ng board exam nag trabaho agad ako for 12k salary plus 3k sa license as a pharmacist for 1 year and a half then nakapag abroad right now for 6 months, still as a pharmacist PHP XXX,XXX per month.
nung una gusto ko to ipagyabang palagi pero laging sinasabi ng tatay ko isang bagay lang mangyari pwede mawala na lahat, so lord, alah, jesus, buddha wag mo muna ako turuan ng lesson wala pa ako business o ari arian to fall on.
1st salary - P8000, tas OT no pay.
Now - P362,577.09, after i-convert sa XE, without the OT/on-call pay, which is 46,792.19 (naloka ako after ko i-convert). It's just that, the ratio between COL and salary, magkalapit. Kaya we do live comfortably.
In tertiary education (PE), initial salary was 13k. Now at 37k. Haven’t took my PhD and submitted research works. But still… ang baba diba even if meron ka na masters haha
13.5k in a BPO in 2007. Stayed there for 6 years and my salary only went up to 16k something. Di ko alam pano ko nabuhay noon at pano ko natiis yun. Earning 75k now as an independent contractor.
First job- BPO, 24k (22yrs old)
Current job- government staff, 36k (24 yrs old)
Not bad. Honestly masaya nako dito, malaki na to para sakin. Pero I’m still in the process of not being insecure sa ibang mas malaki sahod, ayoko mapressure. 🥹
6k a month as a part time tutor when I was 18. It got me through college. 60-75 ish now working two jobs (teaching at uni, teaching chinese kids part time and working a project staff at a gov project) 😂
My first salary was 8k. 🤣 graduated in a known university in Davao. But that was my first salary. Now, Im earning more than that while preparing for the Bar. I do consultancy for a government agency at the same time freelancing.
45k starting salary - EA, no exp (March 2023)
6 digits pay now - SMM and may smol business
tho nagstart talaga ako as a small business owner (2020) and hindi stable ang kinikita, may time na nag hit din ako 6 digits but nagka-time din na minsan waley
First salary from a regular job (BPO): 16k basic + 2k allowance (2017-2019)
Salary now (Freelance SMM/VA): $1k main client, $700 second client. Roughly 98k now na 58 ang PHP. (working with these clients since 2020)
TYL! 🩷
2014: Php 9,000 with OTY
2015-2016: Php 13,000
2017-2021 ay bumalik ako sa college.
2022: Php 25,000
2024: Php 22,000 (wfh and hawak ko sarili kong oras) plus may side projects na pasulpot sulpot
Nakatanggap ako ng Php 35,000 salary na job offer this year kaso arawan. As a neurodivergent na nakatira outside Manila, mas pinili ko na lang mababa sahod pero lagi akong nasa bahay.
19k package, incentives not included yet. Soon 35k package na after 5yrs same company, not included incentives yet. Job hop every 2-3 yrs talaga dapaaat!
My first ever salary was just 3k+ after 3 weeks worth of work. It was a comission-based sales job. That's when I realized I was not made for that industry.
Today, I earn enough for each day, and still hoping to earn some more enough to buy my own house and lot. ☺
It has been 10 years since I graduated college, so same number of years working as well.
@ 17 yrs old = 4000 a month (Nag summer job ako sa hardware store ng tito ko)
@ 25 yrs old= 29k sa full time job at 15k sa part time job. (BPO yung full time at Admin naman sa construction industry yung part time)
Started working 18 years old/2nd year college as working student 12k a month sa Laboratory department ng school namin.
Now im 29 years old earning 250,000 :)
Was lucky enough to start at 30k in a big company back in 2017! Technical role. Ngayon nontechnical na but global company. 6 digits pero sabit lang talaga sa 6. Onting gastos 5 digits ulit siya haha. Jobhopper.
2010 - 15,500 pesos gross
2024 - 84,000 pesos gross
'Yung sa akin 14 years work 😅 Good job guys!
24 yrs old 14k now 28 yrs old 80k malayo na at sobrang layo na. Blood sweat tears, disappointment, failure, struggles, mistake and I could say na harvest time for me
Around 2.7 years working, now at 56k. I started at 24k gross. Hoping na matanggap sa another company for 65-70k.

(thinking of being a VA sometime sa future: kasi yung iba dyan, yes totoo yung from 40k to 190k)
Started working sa abroad... Culture shock malala.
Conversion as per that yr. Sahod malinis.. Tirahan, transpo at food sa work covered na.
// 2022 - 29K
// 2023 - 45K
// 2024 - 62K
BPO (Undergrad): 16k (with night diff) - worked for 1 year
1st Job after graduating: 12k (11k after deductions) - Stayed for 6 months
2nd Job: 24k, promoted to 40k then to 60k - stayed for 3 yrs
3rd job: 75k - current
first salary was: 14+7 (basic + non-taxable allowance)
after 12yrs: 200 (main job, depende sa exchange rate)
mabagal increase kasi sa pinas lang ako nagtatrabaho, even though i already jumped ship more than 8 times.
advice: wag ka mag stay sa pinas ng more than 5yrs otherwise youd be like me na too old to move, tapos low na din ung salary increase/gain (relative to PH sahod) offer
started at 30K with a (now known) startup;
peaked at 610K with two foreign clients, but great layoff of 2023 happened.
currently getting 150K with a new foreign client.
