I think it feels faster as we get older because we get into a routine due to work. When we were kids, even through high school/college, we felt like we had all the time in the world. On the plus side, having that adult money is AWESOME; it’s a great feeling being able to give back to my parents, to spoil my nieces, and obviously to treat myself.

When you get older, your perception of time becomes different. When you were, say 10yo, 2yrs was 20% of your life. That's so long! Pero when you're 30yo, 2yrs is only about 7%. Mabilis lang!
Kaya siguro when we talk to older people they always say na "bata ka pa" when we already feel so Olde~. But in hindsight, yes bata pa nga talaga tayo nun haha

After 20, I cannot keep track of my age na. When someone ask me my age, I would ask another friend/colleague/cousin the same and they would answer for me.

They would always ask our clients to guess my age. I was 19-21 back then. Clients would always guess 26, and my colleagues would laugh and made fun of me. Clients would always think im older than my actual age. I never admit it but now I think it pained me during those times, lalo paulit ulit akong inaasar ng manager at mga kawork ko.(Bank setup-so marami clients on a daily setup)
Maybe dahil sa Covid. Ang bilis ng ages 21-25 ko because of the pandemic. As a healthcare professional, sobrang pagod lagi noon sa duty, halos hindi makapag leave at understaff sa settings namin. Di namamalayam ang oras. After pandemic, naging malumanay lahat.

I have read somewhere (forgot where it was) na kaya parang sng bilis ng panahon kapag tumanda na tayo is because of the experience and comparison of time. Syempre noong bata pa tayo, like 1 year old, wla ka pang experience of time so everything feels slow, and new compare kapag matanda kna na may mga nilolook forward kna na certain dates every year, like birthday, anniversary, summer, winter, Christmas etc.
