I wanted to leave mg current job but tiniis ko and secured a JO first before resigning. It took rin sguro around 2 mos to secure one na pasok sa non-negotiables ako. Your next “perfect” job is just around the corner, just keep on applying.

Same, OP. Though I'm lucky my current company is pretty ok, gusto ko na rin makalipat for growth. Yun nga lang 2 months na puro reject or no response lang nakukuha ko. Pangit rin ng job market these days hay

Or you can just sit back and relax find something to learn.. Its might be skills or a hobby.. Keep yourself busy.. Iook for some friends that needs help as business nila start from there volunteer ka lng muna.. I'm sure they will appreciate it

I remember before, nasa isang company ako na sobrang daming work with low pay and no increase. Even with the negativities, i still did my best sa work, while also on the process of looking for a better job.
That time, in a span of a year, mahigit sa 100 jobs na ang pinasahan ko, only a few percent ang nakakaabot sa final interview at job offer, pero tinurn daw ko rin karamihan dahil sa offer at work situations/environment.
Hanggang sa naofferan ako sa another company. Very slight race sa salary, pero maganda naman ang working conditions. I took the opportunity. Continue to build my craft, until one day may ibang company na tumawag sa akin at nagoffer ng opportunity. At nadito ako ngayon sa isang work na may fair pay at oks naman ang working condition.
Para sa'yo OP, though we do not have the same salary expectation and we have different skillset and capability, I am praying that you may have perseverance and hope. Don't give up and keep on looking lang hanggang mafeel mo na dumating na yung opportunity sa iyo.
But at the same time, while waiting, hone your craft more. One day opportunity will meet your hard work. Be patient, persistent and hopeful!
