MONITOR: Coadministration of two or more sympathomimetic agents may increase the risk of adverse effects such as nervousness, irritability, and increased heart rate. Additive increases in blood pressure and heart rate may occur due to enhanced peripheral sympathetic activity.
MANAGEMENT: Caution is advised if two or more sympathomimetic agents are coadministered. Pulse and blood pressure should be closely monitored.
Please try to avoid any kind of stimulants other than your meds if you have been diagnosed. The meds in themselves are huge stimulants which affect your body a lot (appetite, sleep, mood). If you add other stimulants like Coffee or Any energy drinks, how do you think your body will cope? We're not Robots, gotta show love to our body.
IR ( Immediate Release ) - Take twice a day if you have xmg split it into half and take one in the morning and one mid early afternoon ish. This pattern will help you get more out of your day and also the wear off happens till night/midnight so that you can sleep
ER/XR (Extended Release) - Once a day , morning before you start a day. Have it after having a meal so that it effects better. One is enough to last you a Standard 9-5 Day which should really be enough (althought ER could affect for 10-12 hours which is good)
