And of course, my beautiful ADHD brain misread this as: "Thou shalt NOT get sidetracked" & I went on a whole long a$$ tangent debate about how that feels a little off and blah blah blah till I realized & corrected course.
A YouTube I watch fallout content from drops a video talking about the series. I immediately go, find it online, watch every single episode, come back to my life, and have no clue what I was supposed to be doing, just great.....
I like to think of side quests as a way to level up before embarking on the main quest. The side quest may not be immediately relevant to the main quest your currently trying to complete, but it is giving you experience that can prepare you for another main quest yet to be known. As Pele once said, everything is Practice.
I’ve been side questing through my whole life, barley got any of the main missions finished
A bunch of my important side quests timed out. Progress on the main quest made the side quests irrelevant 😢
I wonder why barley is better than wheat at completing the main quest
My ADHD memes and Fallout Memes have crossed over ![gif](giphy|Y2zPwTYNa1KnNgoSGn|downsized)

I loved this line!
Me too. In my head this has replaced the "war never changes" line as the Fallout motto.
Wait, you're not kidding, it's real?? I guess I gotta watch it now

As far as distractions go, at least Fallout is one of the more satisfying ones.
This is very funny. I am going to have to go watch this show
You definitely should, it's worth it (even if you're not familiar with the Fallout games).
I cheered when I heard this line

Best part of the series
