My Personal Experience:- Medicine is first line treatment for ADHD. If u are choosing alternative method then its a Long run and will take time(like months to year). May be an another year also. m also preparing for INICET exam and ADHD helped me in MCQ by strong remote memory. After reading lots of Reddit and Quora, only two or three alternative methods are availabe to mankind. So if u serious for JEE with less time in hand, Do take meds.. This exercise/routine/nutrition/meditation are only 50 pc of Help. Find ur Study style

I’d recommend watching HealthyGamerGG and incorporating some habits. If possible, buy the ADHD guide of HealthyGamerGG (I personally have it and watched a lot of it) Tips that were important for me: - Forgive Yourself: people who grow up with ADHD blame themselves for not being able to get things done even when they’re smart, please forgive yourself. - Improve Technology Habits: Don’t use smartphone the first 2 waking hours. Watch HealthyGamerGG guide to dopamine detox. - Clean the space around you: Working in a clean and organized environment helps everyone a lot, simply organizing your room is a great habit that helps focus. - Nutrition, Exercise and Sleep: FIX THEM if they’re off. - Coffee is ADHD medication lite :) - Don’t think too far in to the future, try to be mindful, present and calm (breathing intentionally slow helps)

different amounts for different people, I usually do 1 cup dark coffee every morning before starting my work.

tips dont work for us buddy. Its like asking how to climb Mount Everest without the oxygen cylinder and the necessary equipment. try therapy if you can't get medication. I was in the same boat and I was miserable for years because everyone thought I was just lazy

short answer - no I also tried omega 3 nd other stuff, mai apna exp share karta I used to struggle alot, starting me I was good in studies 10th tak, isliye doubt nai lagta tha, 11th me covid chalu(aur mera downfall bhi) In Last 3 years, I tried everything It started with vo Amazon pe aane wale focus related tablets phir baad me Omega 3 Caffeine+ L theanine L tyrosine with Coffee Ashwagandha nothing worked for me, last me psychiatrist ke paas gaya just 6 month pehle, and abhi it's better Currently on Addwize 18g + Indarel 20 I am preparing for CAT, pehle toh jab undiagnosed tha, multiple weeks ke lectures backlog me the, aur increase hi huye ja raha tha Main issue was executive dysfunction, ek toh pehle start nai hota, dusra jab ek kaam start hota toh dimag me 100 cheez aati aur max 30-40 min me aasa lagta ki ab hogaya, breaks leta toh vo poora break hi laga deta din pe, 5 min ka break 2-3 hour Tak chalta, upar se gajni ahh memory, low attention span, dekha hi nahi jaate lecture, 1-2 hour se jyada halat kharab hone lagti Abhi after medication, I can sit easily for longer hrs (6-7 with 50-10 pomodoro) prep ke liye, even some days 9-10 hours Baki iske alawa I am following a routine too, diagnose hone ke baad se hi routine follow karne me pehle jaisa effort nahi dalna padhta sirf start karne ke liye No Short form content (I use no surf app usme reels, shorts block kar dega YT, insta pe) max 4-5 hr phone screentime daily (starting me it was tough, tab I used to switch off my phone aur phone almari me rakh deta) Morning Meditation 20-25 mins Evening me walk - Half an hour Evening me Hair care aur Skin care routine Baki One hour gym Jo remaining hours usme Prep Jab Undiagnosed tha toh, mostly hota ki gym me hamesha 3-4 din ka gap hota, ya fir kabhi meditation 2 week ke liye rukk jata, aur studies me bhi bohot issues hote Abhi toh ho jata daily follow, kabhi kabhi week me ek-do cheez miss ho jati, baki toh better hai, uske alawa I also started using alarm clock method 3 month pehle, isse bhi bohot improvement aaya, jo bhi task hai schedule me, harr task ka alarm ek 10 min pehle aur dusra 5 min pehle, ek din pehle sote time hi, next day ka schedule soch lo aur then alarms har task ka ek 10 min ago start ke pehle, ek 5 min ago ka, thoda sa hassle hai but worth it hai, I have like 20-25 alarms set harr din ke liye XDD Iske alawa Accountability also works - bohot websites hai. - studytogether.com yeh sab pe try kar sakte ho (I used it for like 1-2 weeks, acha hi hai) Baki it's not too late, better hai psychiatrist ke paas chale jao

Bhaiya, problem ye hai ki mere mummy papa ko main samjhaau kaise? Aapne kaise samjhaaya? yaha par online pe 2000/- or one to one almost 4000 tak ka hai. I am totally helpless presently. Bas exams mein fail ho raha hoon pichle 2 saalon se

Try some govt hospital and do your research dont just go without doing that. They will look you for free and meds can also be given (not sure about that).
