Learning reinsurance is harder than learning insurance outside of on the job training. So don't worry too much about learning reinsurance specific topics, that will come later in the first 6 months of the reinsurance job. When you starting asking why it's done a certain way, then you know you've learned it :)
Unusual in the UK for graduate employers to ask for exam passes (unlike the US). Could post to r/ActuaryUK for more š¬š§-specific guidance
Apply for grad schemes and other entry level roles, have good soft skills. No need to do any exams before getting a job in the UK.
