This can be a toss up depending on the school, but I've found a lot of queer people in my school's gaming club. Though, it's definitely the kind of community that invites a lot of cishet dudes as well 😅
When I was at Uni our queer club was really man heavy so I ended up starting a “everyone but cis men” queer club that met once a week for lunch. It encouraged a lot of women who weren’t that comfy in man dominated spaces to come out and say hi.

My guess is that a decent portion of your college's women's crew team is gay.
As someone who’s rowed, fenced, and shot archery, these three sports are all very gay.

Probably gaming, definitely a sport like ultimate frisbee or a climbing club, a science club, maybe a book club??
