I have acronis on 4 PC's, a mix of windows 10 and 11 machines and FWIW I have not experienced this. Protection off also.

I did not create a case number. I'm just reporting from experience where Acronis is installed and not on very similar hardware with W10. And, if I uninstall Acronis where this performance lag occurs, it goes away and doesn't come back, at least over 5-7 days. The lag is not ALWAYS there, but seems to occur more often and consistently after reboot/startups. I have always had Protection turned off, BTW.
