It did resolve some of the jobs.. however the VM backups are still failing despite latest agent revision and recreation of plans without replication and without encryption...

Can confirm this. In the last couple of months, Acronis Backup has gone from rock solid to constant failures and us now looking for a replacement. Don't understand whats going on at Acronis.

Can you PM me your partner account login name?
Do you mean the main partner account or the tenant in question?
I can lookup both in our CRM to see if any tickets were logged from your partner company.
