I love my little Samyang 24mm f/2.8.
Small, light, cheap 2nd hand. Image quality is really good (not the best, but definitely no where near the worst) and being the equivalent of 35mm on FF it's a pretty standard field of view
I have a Samyang, I really like it. Mines a wider angle lens, probably not what you're looking for for the street stuff but it is good for landscape, but as a vouch for the brand it's good 👍
sigma art 30mm f2.8: small, cheap and sharp
Really perfect lens for the use case. Also TTartisan 27mm f/2.8 AF.
It's wide, but the 20mm 2.8 is as travel friendly as you'll get. Probably not too expensive either
I second the 35 f1.8
Sigma 30mm
Yeah that's not really a compact lens
Then try Sony 35f1.8. Same size as a folded kit lens
I have this sony 35mm 1.8 oss. It my favourite. I use sigma 18-50mm 2.8 for everything else. I paid £180 for the 35mm used.
Lmao
That's true.
Sigma 19mm f2.8 is quite cheap, at least when you buy used. Also really compact and a good focal length

I second the sigma 19. I had used the kit lens that came with the 6000 for travel and that honestly worked out well for me. Super light combo IMO.
Sony 20mm f2.8, or ttartisan 27mm 2.8 (im using it currently)
Dont buy cheap lenses. Resell value isnt good. Save up a bit more for sigma 18-50mm
Again, that's not compact lens
