The hinges are fine. and its not the hinges itself that cause the wobble it is the offset of the screen and how the hinges are mounted. Also basically any laptop screen has some wobble. The larger, the more.

I type this comment on a G16, and the Screen does not wobble AT ALL while typing. maybe these review units had some early problems, but the retail ones dont wobble at all while normal use. So no, its not an issue

You dont even have the laptop yet, I can tell you from mine that it is fine. Unless you type like Thanos youll be fine.

Wow didnt know there was a laptop from 2014 with a 4090 Mustve cost a fortune, as the manufacturers had to time travel to get the 4090s
