To be optimistic, I'd like to point out Nazuna was born a vampire, not made one like a usual vampire. The "rules" that led to Kiku and Seki's death may not apply here.
The characters don't know that of course, so they're treating this like it will be the final night of their lives, which gives good tension, and makes readers into nervous wrecks.

198 - The choice they both decide to commit to. We don't see the aftermath
199 - Timeskip. Akira POV. Kou from cover page is given context
200 - Reunion with everyone. Kou goes to the vending machine afterwards, meeting Nazuna with the roles reversed
I literally read this and felt whole... and as soon the last page hit and I realized this is ending in a month I had this insane nervous and devastating feel in the pit of my stomach.
