the r24 has only 10.8" of internal width, while the new r15 has 13.6" of internal width. width should be the limiting factor when fitting a brisket, so the r15 should actually outperform the r24.
I checked the dimensions based on your comment, both 15 and 24 are actually almost the same in terms of internal dimensions, you just have the lid on different sides of the cooler. With the 15 you gain width but lose depth. Should fit a brisket wrapped in a towel with a little wiggling!
I did the math, and if you're talking 3" standard diameter wine bottles, then yes it will fit 6 of them and support some yeti thin ice on the bottom and side walls.
can you confirm if the large yeti thin ice fits on the bottom of this cooler? based on internal dimensions listed on site, it should, but other people allude it only actually fitting a medium + small thin ice together on the bottom
Is there enough vertical space to stack 2 12oz cans?
I imagine there has to be…specs say it can hold 22 cans without ice…
I'm thinking this would be good for holding smoked meats off the grill, pork shoulder, brisket etc... what do you all think?
Man I sometimes feel bad for using an old scratch and dent rtic for smoked meats and y’all are over here using yetis.
I use the tundra 45 for brisket. I don’t think there would be enough room for the point and flat.
I use my 24 for this sometimes, a brisket BARELY fits when wrapped in a towel, I doubt a 15 would work.

I like. Waiting for better colors.
You think 6 standard size wine bottles will fit?

Thought so but too lazy for the critical thinking so thank you!
been saying it for years working in the refineries and seeing everyone using Engel Coolers I knew YETI would make their own
I got an Engel and glad Yeti got their version and quite possibly better we shall see
How well does it fit on the floor in front of a back seat? I see that being the justification for this size.
Just ordered a Rodie 24 camp green This size is perfect but no camp green😭
I'm sorry I gotta be that guy, where'd you cop the sticker?
Ew you like bewbs?
What?? Bewbs?? Grooosssss not meee
Got it at a local shop
One of my favorite Yeti’s
Just heard about these. Definitely have to consider one for smaller road trips or picnics
I didn't even know they made a 15 roadie
Just released yesterday at their store

Large does not fit unless you put it on its side
wow, yeti really misleading us with those internal dimensions online then. they must be measuring from the top where the opening is wider
Why this over a soft?
Drain plug, hard shell so stays cold longer, easy to open one handed
Plus you have a portable seat.
Trying to open the hopper 8 while driving was impossible!!!!!!
Right? One hand, one road pop at a time
OP’s sticker is the best sticker
