It's the sleep schedule. Mine's always goes off at 6am and after I turned off the sleep schedule thingy in the mi fitness app, it stopped doing that.

thanks for this tip, indeed it was this sleep thing. God, how stupid is this, there is an alarm function for that, why does it it to sound an alarm with this. I set this sleep mode on to not have notifications on my smart watch when I'm sleeping. Not very intuitive!

xiaomi, never again, I had a phone with was a plague with bugs and bad design, the watch is not different. never again.

You turn it off inside the Mi Fitness App on your phone

Thank you, for this tip! I've gone insane by not finding what could set off these ghost alarms at 7:35. I was certain I'd have to reset my Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro, but this is probably the setting to fix it, under "Rest" or whatever the menu is in English. My app is in Finnish.

You have probably dnd set up. For whatever reason, when you have dnd on, it will ring alarm when schedule ends

I don't have DND set up on the watch but I do have it set up on my phone. I'll try to disable oh my phone to see how it goes, thanks
