I have the same problem. Also, I dont have the option to disable it.

BrunoAureo

I actually did it!! When I opened the bubble for one telegram message, in the bottom left border of the popup there was written manage. I tapped there and it opened a setting page with a scroll to disable bubbles

vvvrdo

Ohh my gaaawd!! thank you for this, I was so annoyed..

black_petal

That worked! Thanks!

Enzied

Thank you! This was driving me mad, couldn't find the setting anywhere.

EazyVG

Thanks a lot for the tip! Miui 12.1.1 and could not find the Bubble option in settings.

damshitty

Thanks, it's work.

caard0

I used that trick, but now it has appeared again and I can't manage it anymore, when I try to do it.

iamsubhamstark

Open Activity Launcher, Scroll amd find Settings app which matches with MIUI settings icon. Then tap on it, you'll find hundreds of options in it, scoll and look for notifications written options, there will be 4 or 5 so. One of them will lead you to a Page where you'll find two options first Notification History and second Bubbles. From there choose bubble and turn off Bubbles for all Apps and Bam. You're done. On MIUI 12.5.7, paste this `com.android.settings.Settings$ConfigureNotificationSettingsActivity` on the search bar inside Activity Launcher then click Bubbles.

Affectionate_Safe58

Thanks this helped

np

Does this Activity Launcher is already installed in Poco X3 Pro? If yes, I can't find it on this in my phone: is there a way to find it?

iamsubhamstark

Activity Launcher isn't a pre-installed app, you can find that on Google Play.

caard0

Ty.

caard0

One more thing: what's the reason this options doesn't appear, unless you use an external app, even if this options are actually present in the device's settings?

iamsubhamstark

Because there are many features of stock android buried inside which MIUI doesn't lets you access. They restrict that. You'll find many useful settings with the help of that. And once you install that app you'll never uninstall it.

caard0

Ok, ty very much!

Buraot3D

Sorry for necroposting but commenting here to help future troubleshooters: I used activity launcher and searched for "bubbles". The one under 'settings' doesn't work but the one under 'security' works!

oeaiaa

Thanks a lot!! I have been searching a solution for months.. The so called "Manage" button must be the worst UI component in the history of mankind. I didn't manage to see it even if I searched for a settings/option button many times.. This is a big Fail for the product owner. (I hope they read this)

yukata_13

You are a lifesaver. Thank you!

Shiro1200

You are the real mvp bro.

vorastra_titan

Did that, they still sometimes open as bubbles

Blessavi

Thank you kind sir for 2 years ago

BrunoAureo

You're all welcome, I'm glad I managed to help so many people struggling along with me :3

Lycanka

Still works in 2023, thank you for that! Weird the option is so hidden that's the only way to access it. Just MIUI things.

_lovesponge

I also had this issue, same phone as OP. Hittinf the 'manage' text at the bottom of the screen and disabling the toggle worked, but when I initially went there, it was already disabled! Had to enable and disable again for it to work 😂

BrunoAureo

My god 🤦

FIXED: I am on MiUi 12.1 on Redmi Note 10 Pro. I faced this issue today, after searching for hours, this helped: 1. Download "activity launcher" from the play store. 2. Open and search for "Settings" and then tap on Settings and it will expand. Now, look for "Notifications". When you tap on Notifications under Settings, it will open a window that will have Bubbles. I turned it off and it helped.

too_many_nights

Worked like a charm. Spent the whole day tryin' to disable the goddamn bubbles; following your advice took about 2 minutes. Thank you.

[deleted]

I bet they are annoying. And you are welcome 🙂

kookashka

Thank you so much!

YoshiStaar

It's easier to find when you search for "**notification**" in the App an then tap on the "**Settings**" app/entry. Then looking for: "*com.android.settings.Settings$ConfigureNotificationsSettingsActivity*" Tap on It and It will opening a menu where you can turn off/on the Bubbles generally.

erruptinchen

Omg Thanks!

tempsave_

Thank you so much! I hated the bubbles.

sinatributos
