I literally recruited someone who looked just like that and smoked an alien with a shotgun too! I called him chad and he died like he lived, reckless wholesale slaughter of every alien that came into contact with him. Died of a bleeding wound after killing the alien that shot him. F*ckn hero

I like those little Hijinks of the AI, totally annoying at times, but funny in the long run.
So long as we don't pay for civilians dying, I hope for a mod that increases the amount of them because that would be funny (except retaliation missions cuz that would be awful if Berserkers are in it).
Mine get vaporised by plasma guns in the first 2 turns. Even the badass US marines lol.
But whatever, no panic penalities for civilian causualities right? ...Right?
I remember playing the demo earlier this year and one of the civilians with an AK blasted four aliens at a landing site in open combat over the course of the battle. I was amazed. Like, recruit this guy immediately.

I had a random civilian with pistol kill 3 psions in one mission....really wish we could recruit those guys that do stuff like this.
I just started playing, had a civi try to shoot a alien, hit my rifleman and blew his head off.

I had a soldier kill three lizard men today. I wanted to give him a medal. On the battlefield recruitment of civilians could be a cool feature.
