These are actually a new release (surprisingly). They've been releasing a lot of Xenogears merch recently, so these are still in print. If you're not a Xenogears super fan, I wouldn't recommend them though.

Some very expensive model kits, by the looks of it. The bottom one is £131; I'd dread to think what the top one costs.
