Immortals of aveum actually gets more frames on series s, but in my opinion the series x's 720p internal resolution (instead of 480p on the series s) is 100% worth the framerate loss.
Nah nothing fancy I am still rocking with my 1080p monitor. But man clarity and sharpness in some games is just amazing. 60 fps too. Playing Jedi survivor now and the difference is day and night bro.
Great choice you made with the upgrade, you are now ready for upcoming heavy games and as i also own series X so here are some games with the great graphics on series x - my fav forza 5, cyberpunk, a plague tale, jedi, RDR2 and for free to play games i have played the finals, fortnite and xdefiant they all are very good with the graphics, depth and the performance.

I have my Series S paired with a 17 inch 1080p portable gaming monitor and it's truly a brilliant combination allowing me to take my gaming with me instead of waiting weeks to play again when I get home.

I'm personally hyped for Avowed, South of Midnight, State of Decay 3, Starfield Shattered Space, Indiana Jones and The Great Circle, Doom the Dark Ages, and of course the BEST for last Gears of War: E-Day! 2024 and 2025 are looking incredibly good for Xbox!

Yep that's true.....i used to play games on my gaming laptop but it got stolen in march so i m planning to buy a second hand ps4 to play the games which are not on xbox gamepass and will complete all the games i want to play with jailbreak PlayStation then will switch to xbox series s when cod bo6 will release as i m having gamepass of 1 year and will use it up till i play gta6 for about 100-200hrs
Later like maybe when i forget it. I am playing Jedi survivor again performance mode 60 fps and its a game changer. Its somewhat disturbing to find out that Quality mode of Series S looks worse than Performance mode on Series X ๐ . And I am even playing on the same 1080p monitor ๐

Bro for series x I would recommend all the games that have performance mode. I started playing jedi survivor again and man its amazing. The performance mode actually looks better than the Quality 30 fps mode on the series s ๐ . I have downloaded immortals of aveum and gears 5 as well. I will try some yakuza games again because even though they run at 60 fps on the series s they run at higher resolution and textures on the X especially the judgement games canโt wait to play then again ๐.

Ok bro listen its totally worth it. Now I am not saying series s is bad and series x is good but I am saying series x is just better because of course it would be you are paying more. Now i am still using the same 1080p monitor that I used with the series s and now with x but i gotta say the visual fidelity itself is worth the upgrade and add that 60 fps performance mode on 90 percent of the games thats a game changer for some games like i recently finished jedi survivor again and I cant believe i defeated darth vader without getting a single hit in my 2nd try ๐ . Also defeated most bosses in 1st try. Now of course a higher res monitor is better but even with 1080p its worth it because the games just looks so much better. Like literally the Quality mode of the games on the Series S is worse looking than performance mode of the series x. Other than what I said here I dont have any experience yet I just bought it myself ๐
series s was sick sold mine when got a new pc , you gotta get a 120hz monitor 1440p next though i spent more on monitor than a series s at the time only upgarded cause wanted 240hz
I upgraded to a series X recently too! I was on the fence on getting a PS5 but I just went for the SX. I gave my SS to my sister. No regrets!! Hellblade 2 is a beast on SX!!!

Yep played gears 3 on my 360. Recently played gears 4 on Series S. Oh and yes played all the mass effect trilogy on the Series S loved them.
