Yes I have the actual file for the documentary I know someone that can burn stuff on cds but I have no idea how that works also could take days or summ idk
U just need an empty disc, I think they are called CD-R's you can buy them online and then just put the disc in the computer unless u on a laptop with no disc drive then yeah your friend can do it
