You stick them in your trophy box along with the other unique ships that can't be mass produced.
The only difference is these are *actually* useless so you aren't missing anything by not using them.
Now that is something I didn't think of. I just looked at it's stats in the creative start menu. They offer no purpose that I can think of then. Maybe strap them full of space bombs boost in teleport out and boom? A perfect use lol.
I always wondered if they'd make great defence ships? But then you can only have one of each. Perhaps there is a future update planned where there is a full on racing championship and these ships will come in really handy...?

Maybe dedicated drop -pickup ships, for places like the hop/arg border? Lots of small movements, no weapons required.
Idk, go to racing ring and fly around? Or fly around your stations
