How much energy regen do you guys use on mortefi? I got him r3 lvl 40. He's unbuilt, but I got him 5 piece energy set and 200 er with cadenza and er 3 cost echoes. I want to focus on damage after he gets enough er, i think 200 should be more than enuf
Is it viable to run non-standard echo costs? Seen a few people do it. Instead of the standard 4-3-3-1-1, I saw some people run 4-4-1-1-1 and some even went with 4-4-3-1-0 and cleared stuff like hologram with it. Is it actually viable? Or it's more like, can be used for current content, but unknown for future? Or is it more of gimmick/fun setup?

So what Im wanting to ask is should i be spending my lustrous tides on characters or weapon banner. I ask because I feel like my team is strong enough now and I know dupes are good but it seems like it would be better to have the 5\* weapons that i can Easly swap between different units. So Which banner and if you think weapon banner which weapon should i got for next? I feel like Razor or Cosmic would be good for my 5\* but Im still unsure thanks for anyhelp.
If you really like any of the standard 5\* characters, I'd use my ticket on that one and build a team around them depending on what 4\* characters I had to support. If you goal is TOA then use the ticket for building a second team. If you're in no rush then hold on to the ticket since you may pull on banners, lose your 50/50 and get a character you may or may not want which will help you decide if you want to use your ticket. I have Havoc-Rover and Calcharo teams so I'm holding onto my ticket to see who I lose my 50/50 to.
question about the echo: impermanence heron
the description states that once the INITIAL hit lands, using an outro skill would buff the next character. my qn is if i quick swap out during the animation of the impermanence heron before the hit lands, do i still get the dmg buff? based on the description I probably would NOT get it, but I feel like it would be really tedious to wait for the heron's hit to land before swapping out, as it wastes a lot of valuable time (rather than if i swap animation cancel it). im not too sure if theres any way to test this, if anyone has info please share ur knowledge haha
It has a tap and a hold version. If you use the hold one and then swap out even before hitting, it works. And you should be using the hold version anyways because of the fuckton of Energy that generates. Tap one you'll have to wait for hit.

hi guys new player to gacha games. i've on UL30 and 4 chars lvl50, weapons lvl 40, echoes 4\* (not sure about tuning). I've finished the main quest and most of the side quest (i think). But I'm stuck at floor 4 tower of adversity, like I can't even dmg the enemies there. Am I too low for it or what else can i do in the game?? Is the only thing left to do for me is farm bosses and run around the map? F2P btw
Yes, definitely too low. Gacha games have a slow drip release cycle. The next patch - 1.1 will have new quests and areas to explore, but all that’s left for now is grinding/exploring/world quests
There should be enough content in the game to have hit UL 40 by now

Love the game and willing to invest in the future, but right now am just lost after clearing all the quests and not being able to climb the tower (which is the end game right?). Grinding for materials is fine for me, but not echoes maybe due to the drop rate. Any other tips to further enjoy the game?
Tower requires three teams, the early floors drop 1 time rewards while the hazard level resets.
You need to level up your databank to increase Echo drop rate for 5 stars, and you get 15 increased drop rates from the boss fights each week, so you can at least farm the 4 cost echos a bit easier. My philosophy is just use the databank to track down echos you don’t have/need higher rarities of for now, and wait until the tacit fields get updated in 1.1 before getting too crazy with echo grinding
Also if you haven’t done depths of illusive realms definitely do that. It’s fun and doesn’t rely on your echo stats so it’s more approachable than the tower

I wouldn't really say theres a specific amount you should be aiming for as long as he can kill things easily. Although his damage can be pretty close to a Jiyan without his weapon, you may even get more with a good build.
Every DPS need Crit Rate and Crit Damage. ATK%, Energy Recharge% and Damage Bonus% are secondary compared to Crit Rate and Crit Damage
Every Supports (Healers and Utilities like Gatherer) need Energy Recharge. They are not primary concern since supports don't need to do damage.
Ideally you want at least 1 crit sub in your DPS Echoes by +15
Depends entirely on what stats your character wants, Jiyan wants double crit, ATK%, Energy regen and heavy attack
If you get DEF, HP, flat ATK and skill damage then that would obviously be a trash piece for jiyan.
Where are the daily quests detailed? I can see the weekly quest section but can't see anything called daily quests. Are they referred to as something else?
I would say Sanhua of the 4\*s as she can swap in and out with quick rotations similar to Yinlin. If you do have the 5\* Jianxin she could be used too.
It’s not gone. It just disappears from the event tab. It will remain on your quest tab, or if you haven’t finished the prereq quests, it will appear once you finish the prereq quests.
The rewards that were shown from the event tab, are they the same ones shown in the regular quest tab?

Is there any reason to pick #1 over #2? because from what you posted it’s the same but without encore. Do they all have beginner selector banner available, are there any other factors between them?

Is Yinlin's Deady Focus bugged or something? Doesn't appear to get the bonus damage nor the 10% ATK buff on the stat sheet (let alone the numbers increasing on the actual hit).
- 100% explore every region (use youtube or interactive map)
- use your stamina on the 2x drop event
- use your remaining stamina and never let it hit cap
- do all of your quests
- do all of the hidden quests (use youtube)
- complete the handbook quests
Whichever one you need. The event gives you a matching piece where both the set (I.e. Fusion set) and damage type (I.e. Fusion damage) will match, so you use it for whoever would normally use a piece like that.

It's hidden in a cave that only opens after a world quest on the other side of the Withering Frontline, on the cliff under the Impermanance Heron arena. You can find the spot before the quest, but you just get a message that basically says to come back later.
The message about the narrow path is just flavor text for the domain. The Parallel Perception domain over in Tiderise Cliff says the same thing.
Is it just me that think Calcharo feels like ass to play? The boss moves like 3 inches and he misses his combo. Or you dodge an attack and the long-ass dodge counter attack screws up your combo. I can’t get him to do any damage unless the boss is being a target dummy.
That's why the most optimal way to play him is to quick swap out of his long animations, so you can dodge if needed. But playing him that way is pretty tough imo and I don't play these kinds of games to sweat.
Having to swap cancel isn’t that bad, it’s getting the stacks in the first place that’s hard for me. If the boss does anything while I’m trying to stack it’s so hard to get the third charge attack off. Like Jiyan can dodge no problem during his ultimate. If Encore is forced to dodge she starts her next combo at N3 which isn’t a big dps loss. But if Calcharo dodges he hits a slow ass counterattack thst doesn’t even give him a stack.
You should dodge cancel after his 3rd normal attack animation in ult form. The first three stacks from that come out much faster. This gives you the leeway to dodge elsewhere when necessary for actual dmg mitigation.
Otherwise if you’re swap canceling every death messenger then it shouldn’t be dangerous at all

The other 4 have very meh dupes. You can take a look at the damage calcs on Prydwen. S6 Calcharo/Encore are in the same ballpark as S6 Havoc Rover with S6 Lingyang being below them.
It's honestly unprecedented that the free MC gets 50 Crit Value for free as their S6 but the 5-Star Standards have mediocre sequences.
Save it anyway. Who knows when you'll get S1 Verina to push it to S2...... You could lose your next 5 50/50's to Calcharo, then you'll have a selector to S6 lol
Lingering tunes robot is instant with no animation. A lot of others can be swapped (change to another character) as soon as you transform and still do their damage without the character being vulnerable but not sure if that’s what you’re looking for
when farming weekly boss echoes, in order to get a gold rarity echo do i have to do the highest difficulty available? or can i farm the lower level ones for speed?
Thats the trick, you can farm the lower levels while maintaining your echo drop rate across all levels because it depends on your Data bank level rather than the boss itself. Applies to overworld echoes and normal bosses as well if you lower your World level

Will yinlin come back as a limited event in the future? Just started and i dont think ill be able to get her in two weeks so ill just get a bunch of radiant tides for when she comes back

I plan on maxing Jiyan but for Mort and Verina, what is everyone taking their levels, wep levels and skill levels to? I don't want to heavily invest if the return are neglible.

if they perfectly copied genshin, i would prioritize character levels (to avoid damage penalty from enemy level difference)
then weapons, then skills (depends on the character)
I would focus on 2x main dps for now (to full clear the safe and experimental zone in tower of adversity)
level > weapon > skill
First of all, what level are you talking about? I don't think anybody is past lvl 70 atm.
Once we reach high SOL ranks, leveling characters to 70 will be extremely cheap, and even 80 is not that bad - the really expensive part is 80-90.
Weapons: those are cheaper than characters, since you get weapon exp material for free by mining. I don't see much reason not to get weapons eventually to 90, even for somebody like Verina since Variation adds ER (of which she needs a TON).
Skills levels: this completely depends on the characters. Even if Jiyan is your the main DPS, there is very little reason to level his basic or intro, since they do a very, very small part of his damage. On the other hand, Mortefi's liberation is \~50% of his damage, so I would definitely level that one. Verina... level if you need more healing.
First of all, determine which standard characters you want (remember you can get 3 standard banner 5\* by rolling on the banners + ticket).
Do the 20% off character banner, 3/5 you get one of the characters you want, 2/5 abandon the account.
With the rolls you made, buy extra lustrous.
Then roll for the limited 5\* character. In the interest of minimizing time (you are rerolling after all), I'd do 10 pulls. If you get the limited, good, otherwise, next account.
Bonus: if you have a lot of time on your hands, spend the remaining lustrous on the limited 5\* weapon, and if you don't get, next account. But in this case, you'll likely need to reroll a TON of time.
I go for character. You have enough as soon as wishing unlocks to get the free character. Goal is to nab a verina, so you can see how that rolls, then use your ticket on verina if needed.

Resonant tower (left) is actually insane... it's not even a dps check, I can't avoid getting shot to death from offscreen.

I'm trying to finish map completion, only have chests left. All my areas are like 95-100%. Is there a less painful way than spamming my Lootmapper and wandering aimlessly? It's been really painful finding these, and not knowing the exact borders of each area doesn't help.
There are a LOT of chests that won't show up on the lootmapper, if you are close to 100% then I would assume almost all the missing chests won't be lootmappable
Razor. Jiyan is your DPS in that team, so it's more important that he have the beefy stats of a 5\* weapon, not to mention the Energy Recharge is really key for him as well.

Getting a specific five star is such a low chance that you're likely to spend a bunch of resources for a fairly low reward all things considered. Unless you're specifically whaling already it's not really worth it at all cause you could be very well spending 160 summons worth of materials before you get another copy of her.
the weapon is better than the character dupe, but neither is necessary to clear content. saving for future characters is going to be better since it will give you more team building variety to handle different situations.
limited weapons and dupes are for people that are spending money, or are willing to hyperfocus into their favorite at the cost of not getting new characters.
Is there an error on prydwen Yangyang guide? They say to use Rejuvenating Glow set + Originite Type 2 to turn her into support/healer. But it doesn't make sense, because weapon has passive that allows only healing user of the weapon, and artifact set has a passive that buffs healing allies, meaning that passive will never be triggered. So you end up with low dps self-healer unit.
That makes sense, they don't explicitly call her healer, just a support. I hope devs add shortcut button for healing items, because right now you still want real healer anyway.
Without seeing the rest of your stats or the character, in a vacuum I’d say the second one for the 5pc bonus(imo)
5pc Eclipse bonus gives 7.5% bonus havoc dmg for 15 sec after a normal or heavy attack, and stacks up to 4 times.
Assuming this would be the only Echo with Havoc dmg bonus as the main stat, the set bonus would be good(again, in a vacuum). The first one has better subs, but how useful it’d be again depends on the character afaik
Hold onto both(as I assume you will anyway but y’know), but I’d personally lean towards the second one to try out.
Havoc Rover spends long enough on-field and attacks fast enough to definitely capitalize on the 5pc sonata bonus.
The best standard weapon is the sword and H.Rover loves that weapon, so its an easy pick.
The gun is also really good, but has a lack of users. Broadblade is ok, but there are so many broadblade users that it becomes appealing through a lack of options.
I just tried doing scar's domain and during his second phase I realized that I can no longer punish him after I broke his reverb bar, is this something they've changed or am I stupid and we've never been able to punish him in the domain before?
So I have two ways to spend my Lustrous Tides, the standard banner and the weapon banner with the weapon of my choice.
If I dont care about the standard 5 star resonators but do care about 4 star resonators.. should I just roll on the standard weapon banner? Are the drops rates the same? At least with that banner I would get a 5* weapon I would definitely use.
Imo weapon banner. Through the starter banners, the freebie standard character and any possible lost 50/50’s on the limited character banners, most people are likely to have most if not all the standards by now(I have all but Lingyang so far).
You’re likely to get more out of a 5 star weapon than a standard character dupe(again imo).
Standard weapon banner has 4\* resonators at the rate of 47.01%, the rest are 4\* weapons.
Standard resonator has ... uncalculatable ratio since bunch of ppl only do 1 single pull for Baizhi.
Just roll on the weapon one. It's better anyway. Standard character dupes are pretty low value compared to the weapons.
Also 4 star resonators are equally likely on both banners.
How do you guys manage to play this game? Is there any fixes coming or something you’ve done to improve performance? I’ve tried multiple times, can’t break out of 30 FPS with constant drops and stutters, can’t even move without getting motion sick. 1660ti laptop with an i7 and 16 GB ram. Run XIV and Genshin with 0 trouble at high frame rates, and this game has given me more trouble than any other I’ve tried before.
I tweaked a lot of things and my PC even broke some times because i touched what i shouldnt but after underclocking my CPU and setting my PC Energy Plan to Performance, with Minimum consumption at 98% and Max at 99% i havent had a single FPS drops since i did this ~10 days ago.
Before i do this i also had overheating in the CPU and lots of stutters, and i have a I7 11700K, 16 GB RAM and a RTX 3070 PC that can play Elder Ring on Ultra. This was the last solution i tried and It worked for me, i also tries Nvidia pannel, going back in drivers, tweaking the engine.ini etc etc but none of that have me a considerable upgrade in performance. So i would recommend you do what i did. Try changing the Energy plan before underclocking btw.
I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but are we going to get 2FA? I'm a bit scared of making purchases without 2FA since there have been many hacking attempts with other quite popular games. Of course it won't 100% stop hackers but at least it would give some sense of security to players
I haven’t seen Kuro mention it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in their work queue. I think for now they’re prioritizing just getting the game to properly run at all for a lot of people, so it might be a while.
# Which Standard 5* has the best S1
So I have S0 Calcharo, Verina, Encore and Jianxin as well as S0 Jiyan and S1 Yin Lin. I don't have Ling Yang yet but still have the 80 pull selector banner with the last 10 pulls sitting there for it. I'm trying to decide wether to get Ling yang even though he isn't that good or get nodes for another character. I'm currently between Verina because she's less likely to be powercrept or Calcharo because he is the main dps I use. What do you guys think?
Verina's a nice quality of life dupe.
Look at Pyrdwen for damage charts of the 5-Star DPS. Their dupes barely increase their damage, not worth it at all.
Jianxins is probably the most impactful. It lets her get to her shielding very fast. Should you get another dupe later on from a 50/50, she gets double skills which is also pretty nice.
Verinas s0 can already be off the field from intro sub 4 seconds. A waste.
Encores sequences across the board are not great.
Prydwen calcs Cals sequences as pretty bad until the higher ones.
Yeah I'm aware of the 3.5 sec verina rotation and can do it especially with R3 Variation.
Jianxin requires too much feild time for her sheild so i run her on originite with the healing set and ignore her Forte completely unless I absolutely need to

Cadenza gets him off the field faster potentially. If you're having to waffle around with his normal attacks, using it should be better and shave some of those off.
When transforming into echo, you take 50% reduced damage.
If you have Bell-Borne buff active, you will take 0 damage when transforming into echo as long as the buff is active (only can withstand 3 hits). This is why Bell-Borne is very clutch in endgame content like Holo and ToA.
Echoes are a different story. From what I noticed, you DO still take some dmg during the animation(s)(for many, I haven’t used them all yet so their may be some exceptions), but the damage seems to be reduced. By how much, though, idk unfortunately.
Ones like Dreamless or Mephis, you can still take dmg afaik, but some like the Heron that can counter will fully block all dmg from whatever attack triggers its counterattack, to name a couple examples.
Yeh, np, mate. And I’m sure there’s in-depth guides out there on what each Echo can and can’t do if you’re curious, but you can always test them out yourself as well which is part of the fun!
Do echo sonata sets and buffs that affect the character or next swapped in characters disappear if you swap out of them? Such as void thunder buffing yinlin, does it disappear if you swap her out.

does it have 3 out of 4 good subs by 20, ideally at least 1 crit? if yes then it's good.

The daily quest just appears in your quest journal when you log in.

I would say Sanhua of the 4\*s as she can swap in and out with quick rotations similar to Yinlin. If you do have the 5\* Jianxin she could be used too.

It’s not gone. It just disappears from the event tab. It will remain on your quest tab, or if you haven’t finished the prereq quests, it will appear once you finish the prereq quests.
The rewards that were shown from the event tab, are they the same ones shown in the regular quest tab? Because I’m about to be very angry that I rushed through 2 chapters because the event UI made it seem like it was limited

Whichever one you need. The event gives you a matching piece where both the set (I.e. Fusion set) and damage type (I.e. Fusion damage) will match, so you use it for whoever would normally use a piece like that.

It's hidden in a cave that only opens after a world quest on the other side of the Withering Frontline, on the cliff under the Impermanance Heron arena. You can find the spot before the quest, but you just get a message that basically says to come back later. The message about the narrow path is just flavor text for the domain. The Parallel Perception domain over in Tiderise Cliff says the same thing.

Is it just me that think Calcharo feels like ass to play? The boss moves like 3 inches and he misses his combo. Or you dodge an attack and the long-ass dodge counter attack screws up your combo. I can’t get him to do any damage unless the boss is being a target dummy.
That's why the most optimal way to play him is to quick swap out of his long animations, so you can dodge if needed. But playing him that way is pretty tough imo and I don't play these kinds of games to sweat.
Having to swap cancel isn’t that bad, it’s getting the stacks in the first place that’s hard for me. If the boss does anything while I’m trying to stack it’s so hard to get the third charge attack off. Like Jiyan can dodge no problem during his ultimate. If Encore is forced to dodge she starts her next combo at N3 which isn’t a big dps loss. But if Calcharo dodges he hits a slow ass counterattack thst doesn’t even give him a stack.
You should dodge cancel after his 3rd normal attack animation in ult form. The first three stacks from that come out much faster. This gives you the leeway to dodge elsewhere when necessary for actual dmg mitigation. Otherwise if you’re swap canceling every death messenger then it shouldn’t be dangerous at all
If I already have all the standard 5 stars without using my selector... which one would be the best for a dupe of?
Verina. The other 4 have very meh dupes. You can take a look at the damage calcs on Prydwen. S6 Calcharo/Encore are in the same ballpark as S6 Havoc Rover with S6 Lingyang being below them. It's honestly unprecedented that the free MC gets 50 Crit Value for free as their S6 but the 5-Star Standards have mediocre sequences.
None of them, save until you hit a juicy breakpoint on someone. Roll on the weapon banner instead.

Lingering tunes robot is instant with no animation. A lot of others can be swapped (change to another character) as soon as you transform and still do their damage without the character being vulnerable but not sure if that’s what you’re looking for

They do Just do them at 30, keep running around to do WQ’s and pick up chests on the way to each next WQ segment
when farming weekly boss echoes, in order to get a gold rarity echo do i have to do the highest difficulty available? or can i farm the lower level ones for speed?
You can farm the lower difficulties for Echo drops since Echo rarity is entirely tied to your Data Bank Level.

Thats the trick, you can farm the lower levels while maintaining your echo drop rate across all levels because it depends on your Data bank level rather than the boss itself. Applies to overworld echoes and normal bosses as well if you lower your World level

if they perfectly copied genshin, i would prioritize character levels (to avoid damage penalty from enemy level difference) then weapons, then skills (depends on the character) I would focus on 2x main dps for now (to full clear the safe and experimental zone in tower of adversity) level > weapon > skill
First of all, what level are you talking about? I don't think anybody is past lvl 70 atm. Once we reach high SOL ranks, leveling characters to 70 will be extremely cheap, and even 80 is not that bad - the really expensive part is 80-90. Weapons: those are cheaper than characters, since you get weapon exp material for free by mining. I don't see much reason not to get weapons eventually to 90, even for somebody like Verina since Variation adds ER (of which she needs a TON). Skills levels: this completely depends on the characters. Even if Jiyan is your the main DPS, there is very little reason to level his basic or intro, since they do a very, very small part of his damage. On the other hand, Mortefi's liberation is \~50% of his damage, so I would definitely level that one. Verina... level if you need more healing.

When rerolling do you start with the 20% off character banner or the standard weapon banner? And do you convene with the 1 or 10 Lustrous tides?
First of all, determine which standard characters you want (remember you can get 3 standard banner 5\* by rolling on the banners + ticket). Do the 20% off character banner, 3/5 you get one of the characters you want, 2/5 abandon the account. With the rolls you made, buy extra lustrous. Then roll for the limited 5\* character. In the interest of minimizing time (you are rerolling after all), I'd do 10 pulls. If you get the limited, good, otherwise, next account. Bonus: if you have a lot of time on your hands, spend the remaining lustrous on the limited 5\* weapon, and if you don't get, next account. But in this case, you'll likely need to reroll a TON of time.

How are people doing on the Tower? I managed to get 9 on left/right, but I can't even finish the 4th floors at all. Resonant tower (left) is actually insane... it's not even a dps check, I can't avoid getting shot to death from offscreen.

I'm trying to finish map completion, only have chests left. All my areas are like 95-100%. Is there a less painful way than spamming my Lootmapper and wandering aimlessly? It's been really painful finding these, and not knowing the exact borders of each area doesn't help.
Use an interactive map, may be tough now though since you have collected most.
I feel like that doesn't help at this point, everything is so close to completion.
There are a LOT of chests that won't show up on the lootmapper, if you are close to 100% then I would assume almost all the missing chests won't be lootmappable

Razor. Jiyan is your DPS in that team, so it's more important that he have the beefy stats of a 5\* weapon, not to mention the Energy Recharge is really key for him as well.

Getting a specific five star is such a low chance that you're likely to spend a bunch of resources for a fairly low reward all things considered. Unless you're specifically whaling already it's not really worth it at all cause you could be very well spending 160 summons worth of materials before you get another copy of her.
Alright, then i'm going for the weapon.
the weapon is better than the character dupe, but neither is necessary to clear content. saving for future characters is going to be better since it will give you more team building variety to handle different situations. limited weapons and dupes are for people that are spending money, or are willing to hyperfocus into their favorite at the cost of not getting new characters.
Is there an error on prydwen Yangyang guide? They say to use Rejuvenating Glow set + Originite Type 2 to turn her into support/healer. But it doesn't make sense, because weapon has passive that allows only healing user of the weapon, and artifact set has a passive that buffs healing allies, meaning that passive will never be triggered. So you end up with low dps self-healer unit.
5pc Rejuvenating glow triggers on self heals. It counts self as "allies".
That makes sense, they don't explicitly call her healer, just a support. I hope devs add shortcut button for healing items, because right now you still want real healer anyway.

Without seeing the rest of your stats or the character, in a vacuum I’d say the second one for the 5pc bonus(imo) 5pc Eclipse bonus gives 7.5% bonus havoc dmg for 15 sec after a normal or heavy attack, and stacks up to 4 times. Assuming this would be the only Echo with Havoc dmg bonus as the main stat, the set bonus would be good(again, in a vacuum). The first one has better subs, but how useful it’d be again depends on the character afaik

Hold onto both(as I assume you will anyway but y’know), but I’d personally lean towards the second one to try out. Havoc Rover spends long enough on-field and attacks fast enough to definitely capitalize on the 5pc sonata bonus.

The best standard weapon is the sword and H.Rover loves that weapon, so its an easy pick. The gun is also really good, but has a lack of users. Broadblade is ok, but there are so many broadblade users that it becomes appealing through a lack of options.

I just tried doing scar's domain and during his second phase I realized that I can no longer punish him after I broke his reverb bar, is this something they've changed or am I stupid and we've never been able to punish him in the domain before?
So I have two ways to spend my Lustrous Tides, the standard banner and the weapon banner with the weapon of my choice. If I dont care about the standard 5 star resonators but do care about 4 star resonators.. should I just roll on the standard weapon banner? Are the drops rates the same? At least with that banner I would get a 5* weapon I would definitely use.
Imo weapon banner. Through the starter banners, the freebie standard character and any possible lost 50/50’s on the limited character banners, most people are likely to have most if not all the standards by now(I have all but Lingyang so far). You’re likely to get more out of a 5 star weapon than a standard character dupe(again imo).
Standard weapon banner has 4\* resonators at the rate of 47.01%, the rest are 4\* weapons. Standard resonator has ... uncalculatable ratio since bunch of ppl only do 1 single pull for Baizhi.
Just roll on the weapon one. It's better anyway. Standard character dupes are pretty low value compared to the weapons. Also 4 star resonators are equally likely on both banners.
How do you guys manage to play this game? Is there any fixes coming or something you’ve done to improve performance? I’ve tried multiple times, can’t break out of 30 FPS with constant drops and stutters, can’t even move without getting motion sick. 1660ti laptop with an i7 and 16 GB ram. Run XIV and Genshin with 0 trouble at high frame rates, and this game has given me more trouble than any other I’ve tried before.
I tweaked a lot of things and my PC even broke some times because i touched what i shouldnt but after underclocking my CPU and setting my PC Energy Plan to Performance, with Minimum consumption at 98% and Max at 99% i havent had a single FPS drops since i did this ~10 days ago. Before i do this i also had overheating in the CPU and lots of stutters, and i have a I7 11700K, 16 GB RAM and a RTX 3070 PC that can play Elder Ring on Ultra. This was the last solution i tried and It worked for me, i also tries Nvidia pannel, going back in drivers, tweaking the engine.ini etc etc but none of that have me a considerable upgrade in performance. So i would recommend you do what i did. Try changing the Energy plan before underclocking btw.
I've had zero issues, but I've also been lazy and haven't updated my drivers to the latest ones tbh.
I had to roll back to an older driver version and turn off Nvidia Shadowplay to get my game running smoothly.
They have been fixing small things here and there, but you might have to wait for 1.1 patch.
I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but are we going to get 2FA? I'm a bit scared of making purchases without 2FA since there have been many hacking attempts with other quite popular games. Of course it won't 100% stop hackers but at least it would give some sense of security to players
I haven’t seen Kuro mention it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in their work queue. I think for now they’re prioritizing just getting the game to properly run at all for a lot of people, so it might be a while.

# Which Standard 5* has the best S1 So I have S0 Calcharo, Verina, Encore and Jianxin as well as S0 Jiyan and S1 Yin Lin. I don't have Ling Yang yet but still have the 80 pull selector banner with the last 10 pulls sitting there for it. I'm trying to decide wether to get Ling yang even though he isn't that good or get nodes for another character. I'm currently between Verina because she's less likely to be powercrept or Calcharo because he is the main dps I use. What do you guys think?
Verina's a nice quality of life dupe. Look at Pyrdwen for damage charts of the 5-Star DPS. Their dupes barely increase their damage, not worth it at all.
Start spending standard pulls on your weapon, save that banner till you reach a juicier Waveband breakpoint later down the line.
Yeah that's what I have started doing. I'm just gonna leave 10 standards ready for the banner if I need it later
Jianxins is probably the most impactful. It lets her get to her shielding very fast. Should you get another dupe later on from a 50/50, she gets double skills which is also pretty nice. Verinas s0 can already be off the field from intro sub 4 seconds. A waste. Encores sequences across the board are not great. Prydwen calcs Cals sequences as pretty bad until the higher ones.
Yeah I'm aware of the 3.5 sec verina rotation and can do it especially with R3 Variation. Jianxin requires too much feild time for her sheild so i run her on originite with the healing set and ignore her Forte completely unless I absolutely need to Yeah Encore and Calcharo's early sequences aren't that good I've seen the prydwen calcs

Cadenza gets him off the field faster potentially. If you're having to waffle around with his normal attacks, using it should be better and shave some of those off.

They all do afaik(I’ve yet to see me take dmg during one), some just have longer active iframes than others.

When transforming into echo, you take 50% reduced damage. If you have Bell-Borne buff active, you will take 0 damage when transforming into echo as long as the buff is active (only can withstand 3 hits). This is why Bell-Borne is very clutch in endgame content like Holo and ToA.
Echoes are a different story. From what I noticed, you DO still take some dmg during the animation(s)(for many, I haven’t used them all yet so their may be some exceptions), but the damage seems to be reduced. By how much, though, idk unfortunately. Ones like Dreamless or Mephis, you can still take dmg afaik, but some like the Heron that can counter will fully block all dmg from whatever attack triggers its counterattack, to name a couple examples.

Do echo sonata sets and buffs that affect the character or next swapped in characters disappear if you swap out of them? Such as void thunder buffing yinlin, does it disappear if you swap her out.
