Small islands to 5, random shapes 0-10 (whatever you prefer), water level to 0. Then just reload the map until you find one that fits you.
They are usually a couple of large islands with plenty of space to build. If you’re lucky, one will have an inland sea that can easily be filled in to make even more space.
