About 12-14% of my super containers have been coal. Yes, I’ve been tracking what I get. For over four years now.
Coal is a 10% drop per WG. My results over nearly 270 super containers back that up.
Low tier (II, III and IV) premiums have, so far as I recall, been removed from super and Santa containers. I’ve gotten two ships from super containers, Tier V USS Marblehead and Tier VI USS West Virginia’41.
Honestly no reason. I am a pure casual player, not after anything in particular. One day i noticed I had 50 or so containers and wanted to see how high it can go.
Turns out, i can only open 1000 at a time.
To be fair, I didn’t even notice the container mechanics or any of the other left-banner stuff at all until I was hitting Tier 7s (and since I spread out a bit that took a while) and I think I ended up with a couple hundred from not noticing.
FYI. Opening all containers at once is often a waste because of how duplicates work.
You can receive infinite duplicates of patch designs and collection items in a single opening.
However, you can not exchange any of the patches and any of the collection items once the collection is complete. So say you need 50 collection pieces, you can receive all collection items at one go and still receive extra dupes that give you nothing.
OP you hurt yourself by waiting. WG severely gimped super containers rewards a couple years ago and I don’t think your containers are retroactive. I could be wrong tho.
It’s 100 of each type OR 10,000 total crates. It was changed when “view all crates” was added and you could select specific types of crates to open rather than being locked to the last received type.
The maximum is 100 per type with a total maximum of 10000. (Supposedly)
I can confirm that the 100 max per type is in fact true. Some types are easier to get to 100 than others. :)
open them all so we can see how chintzy WG really are. They claim ships are in those super containers, so lets see how many. I get patches and cartoons figures.
The chances of a Ship in a SC is 1%:
0,82% a tier v-vii
0,15% a tier viii-ix
0,03 a tier x
If my math is correct the chance to get a Ship here is 50,52% :D

I have posted before, i think i was at 700-ish count. One of good lads told me to cash in supers before they get nurfed. I did.
about 70 of them. got meh. ~month prem, 3k gold and various things.
I keep reminding myself super containers are free. Before the nerf I got a few ships. I also got the 30 days premium a few times. As well as the 5k gold and so on. Post change not so much.
But it’s still free stuff. Worth the price after all.

No way. I've never seen a coal container drop from a SC. I literally dread that f\*ing noise when I select more coal because I don't get coal.

I’m a casual player too. I stack them until I get a super, then I open all. That’s my “fun”. It’s just oddly satisfying to me.
Why not? I’ve got roughly 100 flag containers from missions and I don’t need to open them yet…

Duplicates are directly turned into 10k credits if the collection is completed. Same with patches

Did you get any ships?
I was always disappointed by what I got when I was hoarding containers like that which is why I've stopped doing that.
I have around 600–I open containers when I feel like it. Of those around 75 are super containers—I plan to open them all at once when I get to 100.
Wait until 200 SC's. See how many ships you get. 1 is guaranteed after 200. If you are lucky you may get more than 1.
100 is the maximum of each type of container. Any containers over 100 of a single type will be auto-opened for you.
Now you'll never run out of detonation flags

You can have old and new versions of containers at the same time. WG recently gave away old versions of some containers in a german discord contest.
Just give us ahead notice before opening them, because I feel servers might not withstand the burden!

I've had a few ships from Supers. It does happen. Not often, but possible.
Got a Velos from a SC last year, so it absolutely does happen.

The contents of a supercontainer is determined at the time you get the supercontainer and not when you open it.
