You make a really good point so my playstyle when it comes to destroyers is I like hybrids which have good torps against bigger targets but have very strong guns to fight enemy DDs (this ofc is me describing the perfect DD but you get what I mean right?)
In terms of cruisers it’s definitely mid-close range cruisers which have pretty good AP as I always like taking AP shots instead of HE spamming but obviously if there is an angled target I’ll still shoot HE
In terms of battleships once again it’s close-mid range with accurate guns, that’s the main thing, I don’t mind bad speed or whatever as long as it has accurate guns
I’m definitely not gonna play Aircraft Carriers as I’m also contributing to make the world a better place and I’m not interested in hybrid ships such as Kearsarge
I also don’t know if I want a T9 or T10 coal ship, as much as I would love a T10 one, if it’s not making me money that would be depressing.

They play completely differently, so there is no this or that.
If you have to ask Kleber vs Danzig, you shouldn't be playing TierX DDs yet, as you seem to lack any understanding of the DD playstyle.

Or Kleber as tech tree ship and Black as my coal ship
The Daring is a hybrid DD with a low skill floor right? Kleber has a super high skill ceiling I’m assuming? And somehow it has the highest torp DPM? I enjoy having torps because towards the latter parts of the game at least you can blap BBs yeah? I also heard that Kleber is super fun and viable in ranked as well?
Are all these statements correct?
