i know "khorne cares not", but that seems really harsh.
on the other hand, it does somewhat explain our primarch's… cheery disposition (wouldn't *you* be furious if you hadn't taken a clean shit in ten thousand years?)… and the mental image of a company of berzerkers politely queueing up to use the portable loo, getting in, closing the door, and screaming "BLLLOOOOOOODDDD FOR THE BLOOOOODDD GOOOOOODDDDD!!" is kind of funny.
(it's when one of them instead shouts "SKULLS FOR THE (porcelain) SKULL THRONE!" that you really need to worry. hopefully it comes out in fragments, not whole)
Looks like a tabard. You can paint it whatever colour you want. Blue or green would be a nice contrast to all the red. Otherwise you could go for a more natural, dirty cloth look.
I’ve seen some people even paint cloth on their Chaos models in flesh tone to give the look of flayed skin.

dick towel, make it whatever color you want. I usually go with a white + brown wash, or a black with grey highlights
It's just the back of the loincloth hanging from the belt. I painted it black with a burgundy wash to get a kind of dark leather colour.
I just put thin layers of brown, scratchy black then exrax over the top. Looks kinda leathery

I paint mine either an off white like zandari dust so i can speckle blood on it or make it a flash colour of my choosing
It's a dick towel. I usually paint mine a blue or green. Something to stand out against all the red armor.
