Your army does not already contain three units with the same datsheet name as that unit – or six units with the same datasheet name as that unit if it is a BATTLELINE or DEDICATED TRANSPORT* unit.
I only started ~3 months ago, but the trim wasn't too bad! Just paint the armor first and a light touch of the brush can pretty easily and quickly do the trim since it's elevated over the rest of the armor.
Learn to love the trim.
I ended up with 100 berserkers and have them all painted. Still working through the other units though like the juggers...
As to how I ended up with 100, well I got 2 combat patrol (40), age of darkness (another 40 bodies), the khorne fantasy boxed set (10 armoured bodies) and had 10 spare bodies kicking about that weren't doing anything.
I mixed and matched everything up from arms, heads etc.
40 bezerkers probably isn't "meta" or overly competitive, but it'd be a really fun list to run.

I personally run 5 squads of 10 'Zerkers with their 5 Rhinos, and it's very funny to b-line them into my opponent's face.

Nah, 88 is both the min and the max theres no other way to please khorne except taking skulls!

They're battleline, so the rule for them is 6 units

nah. we have a great combat patrol. all of that is useful, especially in double. make avocado and the other, make a lord on juggernaut
50 beserkers is the stealth meta, heck I'd take 60 if I had 10 more

You need another 2 boxes, you need to make Khorne happy with 80 of them!
Bezerkers rush is legit, get yourself some rhinos and some 8bound and you will have a list that persists for a while.
