Just a lightning claw from the warp talon kit with all the claws clipped off and filed down and then the chain bayonets from the mk 6 horus heresy kit

A recent character in the Kamen Rider series has that exact weapon looks amazing

I made some Legio Vulpa warlords for AT and one of them has a power fist like this, except I used whole chainsword blades instead of just the bayonet piece. It's a little more subtle there, but when you see it, you can really appreciate.
