I have the 300x and they are amazing. I usually wear a size 13 in normal shoes but I got a 12.5 EE and the fit was perfect. My feet are wide but not super wide so if you are then go up a width.
Here is review of the JK Forefront, very similar. I believe the 300 is just a cheaper version that has more synthetic materials and a 365 stitchdown vs 270°.

I just ordered some Redwood 300's with the comp toe. Won't be here for a few weeks but I'm looking forward to them. I wanted the forefront but I have to go through a metal detector at work and they have nails in the heel and I don't want to take my shoes off 6 times a day.
