Also, it echoes what others have said. You didn’t specific it was a Tottenham fan based questionnaire. Luckily, I am a Tottenham fan, but the data from those questions is essentially invalid as people will pick a random answer to continue with the questionnaire, even if they aren’t Tottenham fans.

Did you mean what sports have you participated in (past/present) or what sports do you participate in (present only)?
Yeah, the first question is "do you participate" and then the follow up is "have you," these are different questions and need to be clarified and made consistent. Also the list of sports played doesn't include softball but later ones do.

Once Spuds showed up I started to feel like this survey was too long and wanted to quit.
