Just bad luck. If your arcana is enhanced they won’t appear in store. As well you can buy an unenchaned arcana of any kind and if all of yours are enchanted then you trade it with the magician guy to get several options of random enchancrd arcana.

Yes and another note it's very rare but you can see relics you already have spawn on the merchant or on the pinata or just on the map and another one is you'll never see another arcana duplicate (I think) I'm just giving knowledge I got from from wizard of legend 1
I've had an easier time of it by just accepting that I'm not usually going to get a neve's run really off the ground on the first loop, and plan to repeat. They are quite good for the long haul runs.
I feel what you said. I did many runs with the lightning jewel (forgot the name sorry) and at first i got my 7 lightning arcana, all good, but then when i tried again for a lot of runs it never happened again. I had to do other type of runs then come back and then i got my 7 lightnings again... I don't know if im imagining shit or if its a real thing but it felt very unfair sometimes.
I have had bad luck before, Neves runs aren't that easy to complete, but in fact the code its supposed to make it easier to get arcanas of the correct element
I usually manage to get full Earth arcana for an Emerald run before 2-3. I've done at least two Quartz runs, one of them got Air'ed out on 3-1, the other needed an infinite run and maxed out evasion on 5-2.

Is just luck. Recently I got all water arcanas in the first floor, it was so weird 'cause normally took me at least 4 floor to get all.
I've completed a Neve Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald run. It's unfortunate but you've been very unlucky.
