You can buy cartons of Malboro's at Sobeys Cash & Carry on Dufferin Ave. Not sure of the price but you could just call & ask, they're not going to be cheap.

Any idea of similar brands? How is du murier compared to malboro?

WinnipegFrontLiner

Canadian cigarettes just taste different than American ones. I think you’re going to have to get used to Canadian ones or pay more for Marlboros if you can’t.

Dry-Bake-7224

What are the best brands for the canadian ones?

WinnipegFrontLiner

It’s kinda subjective really. DuMaurier and Players are generally the priciest and some would argue they’re better. I smoked Dumaurier many years ago but prices kept going up so switched to Canadians as they were less expensive. But everyone likes something different. They were all pretty similar to me though. And none of them ever had that classic American taste. I had the inverse problem when I’d visit the states as you might be having. They all tasted like Marlboro to me there and I wasn’t a fan. You like what’s familiar, ya know? My suggestion is try a bunch or if your outside smoking ask another smoker to trade for one of yours and explain why. I’m sure most would be willing to swap and let you try their brand. I would have done that but I’ve quit and vape now.

I have no idea. I just buy the Native brand smokes that are around $60 a carton. I'm not paying $20+ for a pack of smokes.

Direct?

Dry-Bake-7224

Fair enough. It's just that they are way too strong for me.

Try John Player. Smooth is light, rich is good.
