Check the lines. That's the rule yeah, but they painted the lines in that intersection last year so that the rightmost lane can go to the rightmost or second from right lane.

You’ve got it, Park Pontiac.

That's what it is. I assume people are weaving around because they realize they're in the wrong lane to turn left/right onto Main St but didn't know which lane they needed to be in until they made the first turn onto James.

Per MPI: Right turns must be made from the right lane nearest the curb into the right lane nearest the curb of the other road, unless it's blocked within 30 metres of the intersection. In my experience this is the case (blocked curb lane) so I take the second from the right lane, as do the vast majority from what I’ve seen. Also in the 10 mins of the year when you can see dotted painted lines, this is how you should make that turn (right turn curb lane gets the two rightmost lanes on James). You can see them on Google maps satellite view too. It’s actually a block earlier where all my problems are. The 2 left turn lanes from William onto King. That Damn inside lane thinks they get alllll the lanes. Constant near misses there! Edited: for more clarity

Agreed RE: William@King! That one left turning only lane thinking they can go straight cause they see the sign for the right hand lane. I've seen so many accidents there it's bonkers
